1. Applicability

1.6 "Buyer" means any visitor to the internet site or any natural or legal person who has or will have a contractual relationship of any kind with kamagra-origineel.nl.

2. Offers and formation of agreements.
2.1 Offers are valid while stocks last. In the case of offers via the internet site, this will be made known either by telephone, fax or e-mail.
2.2 A personalized offer has a validity of 2 weeks, unless a different period is stated in the offer.
2.3 An agreement is concluded when an order confirmation has been handed over to the Buyer by e-mail or mailed to the e-mail address or main address provided by the Buyer.

4. Payment

5. Delivery and delivery time.
5.1 Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, kamagra-origineel.nl strives to ship orders within 5 working days. The mentioned delivery time is only an indication and shall never be a deadline. kamagra-origineel.nl can provide further information regarding delivery times on the website or in writing. Such information is only indicative. The maximum delivery time shall be 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Should this delivery time not be feasible we will inform you. 5.3 Deliveries shall be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the formation of the agreement.
5.4 The risk of loss of or damage to the product that is the subject of the agreement is transferred to the Customer at the moment when it is legally and/or actually delivered to the Customer and thus brought under the control of the Customer or a third party to be designated by the Customer.
5.5 Customer declares to be fully aware of what is communicated in the customer service regarding the risk of free shipment,

6. Exchange and right of withdrawal
6.1 The Buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the products (or have them inspected) immediately upon receipt. Agreements with consumer buyers where electronic communication is exclusively used, the consumer buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason within seven (7) working days after delivery of the product in question. 8. Guarantee and liability

8.9 In addition to these warranty provisions, legal warranty provisions remain in force.
Any arrangement offered by the company as a warranty does not affect the rights that the consumer may assert against the company under the law and the remote agreement.
Any manufacturer's or importer's warranty does not affect the consumer's rights against the company under the law, the remote agreement and the company's warranty.
9. Force Majeure

By ordering, I confirm that:
I am at least 18 years old.I, have recently had a medical examination by a local physician. For any follow-up treatment or interventions, this physician must be available.
